The next referral batch from CCAA is on its way. And it includes through August 9. That means 15 days of LIDs before they get to our LID. Soooooooo, maybe - just maybe - we get to see munchkin's face next month. They did an 18-day batch this time. But the time before that was only 9 days worth. Unpredictable. And really, it has been unpredictable for about the last year. So who knows what's next? While we continue to wait, we will keep thinking positive thoughts and we will be enjoying looking at the smiling faces of all the families who were matched this time around. A lot more babies are going to be meeting their parents soon. And that's a very good thing.
Here's to hoping that it will be our turn next!
